I hired Cheree Fay to do a complete remodel on my house that was built in 1955.  She did my roof, kitchen. 2 bathrooms, all my floors, removed all the popcorn off the ceilings throughout the house and completely upgraded my electrical.  I knew I wanted a gray color scheme and a modern look but had no idea what paint, flooring, tile or fixtures to choose.  I left it all up to Cheree and am I glad I did.  Not only is her work to perfection but she has great design abilities.  I love my new modern home! Daily as she left, the construction debris was cleaned up.  We lived in the house during construction and she made it livable as she worked.  She stayed on budget and on schedule.  I would definitely recommend her 100%.  I’m hoping to have more money someday so she can do my back yard.
